Future Attorney Development (FAD)
The Future Attorneys Development Program is a structured training and evaluation initiative designed for interns, paralegals, and junior legal professionals who wish to build themselves into practice-ready attorneys. The programme is intended to give selected participants meaningful exposure to the firm’s standards of legal work, professional discipline, drafting quality, research ability, and overall performance expectations.
Over a focused period of 12 weeks, participants will undergo guided learning, practical exercises, and structured interaction with senior attorneys. The programme is designed not only to improve legal and professional capability, but also to help participants understand what is expected in a serious law firm environment. It is equally a learning platform and an opportunity to be assessed for long-term growth potential within the firm.
The assessment process is linked to performance, seriousness, participation, and overall professional conduct. Those who perform well may be considered for future opportunities, progression, or continued engagement with the firm, subject to internal requirements and review standards.
The next batch is scheduled to commence on 1 July 2026 and will run for the subsequent 12 weeks.
