VLLP has been regularly advising multinational companies on regulatory issues relating to environment in India besides representing our clients in environmental litigation matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, National Green Tribunal, High Courts and Appellate Authorities.
VLLP is currently representing its many organizations the Hon’ble High Court in Writ Petitions (Public Interest Litigations) dealing with unauthorised contractions and its impact on the environment.
VLLP are also advises clients including real estate companies on issues relating to groundwater usage and waste management. We have advised clients on environmental issues in real-estate, infrastructure and energy sectors besides advising on emission reduction.
